I'm taking the day off today .


Thursday I only did 2 miles. Then the squats the the pull ups and all the other stretch exercises.
Pretty relaxing workout.

Hi there,

I got 4.0 miles in June 16th. I took a photo of the treadmill with my phone, in the middle of the process it froze, probably because my battery was low.

Then Wednesday  I had a lot of errands to run.  I parked my car in what I thought was a primo spot only to come out and have pigeon dong all over my car to the point I could barely see out of the windows. I know we are in the middle of water rationing, but that would ruin the paint on my car, not to mention it was on my hood, roof and trunk. Seriously I have never seen anything like it.  It has not been my week or last two weeks that is for sure.

Hey!

3.27 miles now I need to start picking up the pace today it was slow 60 minutes.
Next time I will try for the same distance , but in less time.
I think I might be on a roll.

This has got to be the saddest blog ever !! I have to say I am too busy trying to stay fit to post on here, but go figure, I  am actually going to try to post on here once a week, maybe just to weigh in -- Naw .... I don't think so. But something once a week.
I will be back later in the week to post what kind of fitness I accomplished for the week.
