EEKS!!!

I can not believe it is already the last day of the month. Yesterday, I went a little over 3 miles, and throughout the month I did pretty well reaching the almost, 5 mile mark. If I would have worked a little harder I might have enter the wharf to wharf race!!!

I will continue on staying fit.  One of the major things I did earlier in the year was to quit using cream in my coffee.

76 was the high today-- beautiful day.  We are at stage 3 water rationing- we seem to be 25% lower than our allotted amount..

Got a 3.05 miles in today.

I'm taking the day off today .


Thursday I only did 2 miles. Then the squats the the pull ups and all the other stretch exercises.
Pretty relaxing workout.

Hi there,

I got 4.0 miles in June 16th. I took a photo of the treadmill with my phone, in the middle of the process it froze, probably because my battery was low.

Then Wednesday  I had a lot of errands to run.  I parked my car in what I thought was a primo spot only to come out and have pigeon dong all over my car to the point I could barely see out of the windows. I know we are in the middle of water rationing, but that would ruin the paint on my car, not to mention it was on my hood, roof and trunk. Seriously I have never seen anything like it.  It has not been my week or last two weeks that is for sure.

Hey!

3.27 miles now I need to start picking up the pace today it was slow 60 minutes.
Next time I will try for the same distance , but in less time.

This has got to be the saddest blog ever !! I have to say I am too busy trying to stay fit to post on here, but go figure, I  am actually going to try to post on here once a week, maybe just to weigh in -- Naw .... I don't think so. But something once a week.
I will be back later in the week to post what kind of fitness I accomplished for the week.

Funny thing my mom said...

I asked her what she thinks is the best thing to do to become her age and live long. She thought for a moment and said to me, "you know there are a lot of things you can do and not do ,but the main thing to keep doing is ... Keep Breathing. She has a great sense of humor.

Thursday,
The year is starting out pretty good I got a personal trainer at the end of 2014 to help me work on strengthening the BIG muscle groups, so they will support my body.
Looks like things are working out pretty good.  A few sore days and a few sore muscles, but I am keeping it up.

It has been one of those years, I can't believe I haven't posted here since July.  This was the year to stay fit and keep posts about my progress. Too many things happening this year to keep up with this blog. After the back injury and the knee injury.   I am now trying to get my strength back and move forward. So many other things to be Thankful for.  I thank God for this wonderful life.
