I am keeping my weight at my normal level. This month has been fraught with medical stuff.   I did get a gym work out in today. My goal is to go on Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturday if it works out. ( Saturdays are always iffy- I usually ride my bike in the garage on Saturday mornings.

I am usually pretty good at sticking to a routine and setting goals. I have had one thing thrown at me after another.  They are not all bad thing s. They are just things that require my time and energy.


Today I spent one hour at the gym. treadmill elliptical and wights and I was able to do three planks 1 minute 40 secs and 20 secs.
